Serious Contemplations Music Video MP4 File

Details

The Serious Contemplations are those considerations of relevantly crucial nature, those subjects that take concern to its maximum level. Of course in order to deal with them we must maintain our calm or all will be disarray. We can not be affected by the severity of the issues, they will present themselves and nag at the backs of our heads, but we must remain firm. It seems that dealing with Serious Contemplations turns into a game between calmness and relevance, where our calm finds the relevance.

My music is composed of the improvised performances of Native Flutes, a Flamenco Guitar, Tabla Drums, an acoustic guitar, a Talking Drum, Djembe, a Chromonica, a Pan Drum, a Rain Stick and a Lyre.

My influences are also varied, Flamenco, Classical, Jazz, African Music, Indian Music, Sufi Music, Rock and probably even this doesn't completely cover it.

It is experimental music, be forewarned it will surprise you, of course that being taken into regard the rhythms and harmonies are quite pleasing (once you get used to them). Personally I can't stop listening to them. It's rhythms are complex and the harmonies are alluring. I would classify the style as World Music.

I guess the main emphasis of my intention is to explore the mystical through sound, the emotional states that rise when we are under the influence of the different vibrational waves through sound. The animations are to emphasize this visually. Of course all the so called side effects of this dance between the vibrational sound and our awareness are many, I'll name a few: confidence; health; awareness; wellbeing; vigor; enthusiasm; relativity and so on...

Really this music video is a product of many years of listening to music, many years of meditation and many years of mindfulness. The music video seems designed to empty out your mind and hold your attention at this blissfully empty state, all you have to do is stare into the screen listen and concentrate on where your awareness goes. Which image, which instrument's vibration draws your attention until you become totally immersed in sight and sound.
